Once you estimate how many loose photos you'd like digitised, hit the Order Now button. In the digitise menu, you can add other scanning services (for photo albums, sketchbooks or kids' artwork) if required. We'll send you enough shipping kits to match the number of items in your Order. Every kit includes a resealable art protection bag, glassine sleeves, extra packaging and a how-to booklet to guide you through the process.
Our standard package accommodates photos up to 20 x 25cm, but we can digitise any size photo - just let us know before you order if you'll be sending pictures bigger than this, and we can send you a larger box size along with a quote for any additional costs.
We can collect and send back your original items using a secure service with end-to-end tracking. Alternatively, you can drop your shipping kit at a post office or book an appointment to drop them off at our studio.
We store your items in our security-monitored and humidity-regulated premises in East London. We will inform you by email throughout the process and let you know when we receive your originals.

If you have a particular photo or page you'd like to print, mount or frame, you can try our easy-to-use upload and preview system to let you do just that. We can also organise and design stunning art and photo books in different covers, styles and formats.
All you need to do is notify us when you order that you'd like some printed items, and we'll get in contact once we've completed the digitisation with a recommendation.
