Why photos on canvas are better than framed pictures
When you’re looking to have photos displayed in your home, you can decide whether you want them printed and framed, or whether you want your photos on canvas. The overall effect of photos printed on canvas is very different to framed photographs, and better in many ways.
Firstly, with picture frames you need to choose one that matches your home. You may want dark wood, or light wood, or maybe even metal to match a modern designed room. The trouble then is you can’t move them from one room to the next as they won’t match every room. With photos on canvas that isn’t a problem, because the photograph is the frame. It will go in a modern room or an older styled room just the same. Plus if you buy several frames for your photographs, and then want some more a year or so later, it can be very difficult to find a frame that matches. With canvas prints you don’t have that problem.
If you want your photos to dominate the room, framing them isn’t an option unless you’re looking at a poster sized frame and print, which is very expensive and very flat. It’s better to have a textured, eye catching photo on canvas when looking for photos to be big enough to dominate the room.
