How much is delivery?

Delivery within the UK is free and is a 24 hour service as standard. For international delivery prices please see below.

How do you deliver my products?

Point101 uses courier services to deliver its products - normally Parcelforce - and is a next day 9am to 6pm service as standard for the UK. International delivery times normally take an extra 3 days. All items are thoroughly packaged and insured so they reach you in pristine condition.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, please see the table below for our latest rates. Note that these rates are based on our medium, large and extra large products. Smaller prints and posters may be a little cheaper in some cases.

Will I be charged taxes / duties?

This depends on your country. Generally only goods shipped outside the EC may in incur duties or border taxes. Please note that payment of any taxes levied are the responsibility of the customer, we advise you to ring your local advice bureau for more information.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Standard orders are delivered within 4 to 7 working days, orders outside the UK may take a few days longer. Priority orders are dispatched within 48 hours.

Do you offer a priority service?

Yes we offer a priority service that costs £10 for your first item and £5 for each additional item. Priority orders are dispatched within 48 hours.

How do I track my order?

You should receive a tracking number with a link to the courier’s website. If you have not received this please give us a call and we’ll track the item for you.
