How much is delivery?
Delivery within the UK is free. For international delivery prices please see below.
How do you deliver my products?
We use different couriers for each of our products to better suit the size and weight of the item. If you have different types of products in your order, you may receive items in separate deliveries as some take longer to fulfil than others.
You should receive an email the day before your item is due to be delivered. Turnaround varies per product, please see "How long will it take for my product to be delivered?". UK delivery is usually next day from date of dispatch but this schedule will vary for more remote areas of the UK, offshore and international shipments. All items are thoroughly packaged and insured so they reach you in pristine condition.
What are the delivery times and what if I miss a delivery?
Most couriers specify an all day delivery from 9am to 6pm, others may allocate you a specific time slot (currently only Interlink). In our experience all day deliveries normally come before late afternoon but we cannot guarantee this.
If you want your courier to leave your parcel with your neighbour we highly recommend you leave a note on your door to let them know.
If you receive a missed delivery card please contact your courier immediately for re-delivery; often couriers will try and deliver the next day if their first attempt is unsuccessful but we recommend that you re-arrange this online or over the phone to make sure.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, please see the list below for our latest rates; please note that some larger items may have an excess charge which we will warn you about before proceeding with the order; this may be due to a remote location or excessive size box in which it needs to be sent.Note that shipping times quoted are from when the order is ready for dispatch and do not include printing and processing times (see how long will my order take below)

Will I be charged taxes / duties?
This depends on your country. Generally only goods shipped outside the EC may incur duties or border taxes. Please note that payment of any taxes levied are the responsibility of the customer, we advise you to ring your local advice bureau for more information.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
This varies per product - please see below for delivery times within the UK, orders outside the UK may take a few days longer. During this busy Xmas period priority service will put your order at the head of the queue but only guarantees delivery before Xmas.
Delivery in 3-6 working days. Priority service in 1-2 working days.
Delivery in 9-10 working days. Priority service in 5-7 working days.
Delivery in 1-3 working days. Priority service within 48 hours.
Delivery in 6-9 working days. Priority service not currently available.
Do you offer a priority service?
Yes we offer a priority service that costs £10.50 per order - this excludes Framed Prints which is an additional £15. Priority delivery times vary per product so please see the priority delivery times above. Please check with us first if your order exceeds 15 items so we can make sure we can fulfil your order on time.
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
We do offer a Saturday delivery service; this costs an extra £15 and is available as an option when you checkout.
How do I track my order?
You should receive a tracking number with a link to the courier’s website. If you have not received this please give us a call and we’ll track the item for you.
