FAQs - Virtual Preview

How accurate is your virtual preview sizing?

Our virtual preview is an accurate representation of what you will see when you receive your artwork. There are more variables involved in some of our products that we try and keep as consistent as possible; such as canvas prints - which you should allow between 5 - 10mm of bleed on the face of the frame.

What is a wrap and what is a no wrap?

“No wrap” (sometimes referred to as no bleed) means your canvas will have white edges. “Wrapped” (sometimes referred to as with bleed) means your photo will be printed on the edges of the canvas and so you will lose 40mm of your image - all around - you can see how this effects your image on our virtual preview.

What is a mirror wrap?

“Mirror Wrap” gives you the option of copying the outer border of your photo and mirroring it on the edges of the canvas. This is useful if you don’t want to lose any of the photo but don’t want white edges or a solid colour edges. We recommend seeing how this effects your image on our virtual preview, try uploading an example image now.
