What should I do if my order is damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in shipment please email us immediately and we'll give you further instructions on how to resolve the issue. Point101 cannot accept responsibility for damage to deliveries unless we are notified within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
Can I return an artwork?
Point101 is happy to supply a full refund within 14 days in the unlikely event there is any obvious physical problem with your print which is directly a result of a technical problem at our end. However we are not responsible for any oversight on your part in relation to poor quality, pixellation or low inherent resolution. Be aware that you should check the preview online before you order to make sure you're happy with how it looks. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.
